1. The walls were not perfectly patched. The cracks were still visible due to the wall hacking thingy. Solution: hubby has patched the walls and painted wall. No white, gray, color on the wall. All walls now are in synchoronous colour.
2. Three power point plug were not functioned. Luckily, the wireman lived nearby, the problem was settled.
3. Piping problems in the kitchen and front bathroom. I was washing the clothes for the first time in my new house when I realised there was problems. The water was everywhere and flooded the kitchen (just at 1 corner of the kitchen near the sink. Exaggerating much?) cI called the developer and they will rectify it But it is kinda too late, when my superhero (my dad larr), make a surprise wanted to come over and he finally settled the problems.
4. LED lighting in my bedroom and front bathroom were suddenly blackened out. Not sure why. I just moved here for a week when the lights were off. Solution: has texted the Person in charge, city lighting, to replace the lights very soon. He said will arrange it on Wednesday. Please, I dont want to come to your shop, you have to come over to my house to fix this since you said, I have 1 year warranty. Will continue to hunt you for a year if the problems still occur.
5. The garbage bin, we haven't received it yet. Has called Alam Flora and they noted about this. The garbage truck collects the garbage twice a week, Monday and Friday. Need to remember it.
6. Storage problem. Do not have enough space to put all of the kitchen essentials. Should I order a new cabinet? Or what. Similar to the store room. The things piled up and do not know where to put and how to organise. Hmm.
So far these are the problems I faced after 2 weeks moving in. Despite all those problems, i am still blessed to have a place called HOME.
